How Does Invisalign Work?
Translucent (invisible) orthodontic aligners are made to fit over your teeth and be worn for a minimum of 20 hours a day. You’ll take them out during meals and for oral hygiene purposes only. Every two weeks, you progress to the next set of aligners. The minor changes in the tray shape help to guide your bite into alignment without the need for fixed brackets and wires.

No dietary restrictions are necessary. Simply remove Invisalign to enjoy your favourite foods and then place your aligners back in after your meal.
